Sonder is the realization that every random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own. Life is lived through a singular perspective and at times we fail to acknowledge our nuanced surroundings. Since the moment we are born, we’ve had to grapple with the expectations imposed on us by society. This film leans into the narrative of four teenagers while they challenge the expectations that were placed upon them and redefine their individuality in the city.
